20-Jul-2007
Council at is June 2007 meeting supported the planting of six Red Ash (fraxinus pennyslvanica) trees in the void in front of the Nannup Visitor Centre which was created by the removal of wattle trees.

Council also supported a recommendation to include as part of its 2007/08 budget funding to remove three large pine trees and three large blue gums on the highway side of 2 Brockman Street.  The reasons for the trees to be removed is one of safety and protection for the dwelling as well as maintenance issues.
