LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
STANDARD AMENDMENT

Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Amendment 20


Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Nannup has resolved to adopt the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of modifying the special provisions/conditions for Lot 3 (2731) Balingup-Nannup Road to facilitate the on-going operation of the Blackwood River Clinic and Sky Lakes Retreat.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at the Shire of Nannup, Adam Street, Nannup and will be available for inspection during office hours up to and including 2nd March 2018.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 2nd March 2018.
