Local Government Structural Reform Meeting

A public meeting was held on Tuesday 25th August to inform community members on the current status of the proposed Local Government Structural Reform and to receive feedback and comments from residents.

 

A further community consultation meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 8 September 2009, commencing at 5.30pm in the Shirley Humble Room.  A letter drop advising of this meeting as well as a reply paid survey seeking comments from the community has been distributed 31 August 2009.

 

The Local Government Structural Reform submission was endorsed by council at its meeting held on 24 September 2009.
