Proposed Road Closure and Road Dedication on Pnuemonia Road
Adjoining Loction No 13101 Lake Jasper
In accordance with the Land Administration Act 1997 Council propose to close and dedicate a portion of the road reserve known as Pnuemonia Road adjoining Location No 13101 Lake Jasper for a road realignment.
A plan illustrating the closure may be viewed at the Shire Office. Submissions on the proposal must be lodged with the undersigned on or before 4 January 2008.
