All proposals to develop Special Rural/Residential subdivisions are guided by the Nannup Townsite Strategy. The Nannup Townsite Strategy has identified 10 policy areas surrounding the Nannup Townsite to guide townsite expansion.

Copies of the Nannup Townsite Strategy are available from the Shire office and a fee is applicable in accordance with Councils Fees and Charges.
