Experience Nannup Tank 7 Mountain Bike Park
The Shire of Nannup in collaboration with the Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions, Forest Products Commission and Nannup Mountain Bike Club have been developing the Nannup Tank 7 Mountain Bike Park on Brockman Highway since before 2019. We are very pleased to inform the community that Three Chillies Design, the trail building contractors, have successfully completed the construction of Stage 1 & 2 of the mountain bike park. The public are now able to access the trail network with 24 sanctioned trails available to ride, one trail is closed and please note Stage 3 is still a construction zone and out of bounds.
The temporary trailhead signage has been installed at the three trailheads including Tank 7, Brockman Highway car park and on Galena Road within the trail network. Public shuttling is only accessible via the Tank 7 road, the access to the network from Brockman Car park is closed and gated, only accessible on bikes via the entry points on the trail map. Please note that if the trail has signage to indicate it is closed, it is not accessible, dangerous and could damage the construction of the trails and cause injury.
The Nannup Tank 7 Mountain Bike Park map is now accessible via the Experience Nannup App, please download the App via Google Play, Apple Store or through the Experience Nannup (experiencenannupwa.com.au) website. The locate option on the maps allows the user to find their location in the park if they become disorientated and this feature works on all the maps on the app with or without mobile data, a safety feature for the user.
