The Shire of Nannup, is thrilled to announce World Trail as the trail design consultants to develop the Native Forest MTB Park Concept Plan.
The Concept Plan is to outline potential trail alignments connecting the trailhead locations with emergency management considerations.
The location of the proposed Native Forest MTB Park is the Kearney Block, adjacent to Cockatoo Valley, located 2km from the centre of town.
The location is scoped to realise 40km of mixed-use mountain bike trails. This will include adaptive trails, as well as single use track trails.
The park is scoped to allow bikers, walkers, trail runners, dog walkers including mums and dads with prams to enjoy the area.
This project is part of the Trail Town Project and marks the commencement of development of the second mountain bike park in Nannup.
