Welcome to the Shire of Nannup Event Page
Planning an event?
If you are wishing to hold an event in Nannup we suggest you download the Event Guidelines which have been created to assist in the planning process of your event. The Shire of Nannup is the proud host of many events throughout the year and events that require a permit are defined as follows:
Small Event - 50-200 people using Shire Land or Facilities.
Medium Event - 200-1000 people
Large Event - 1000 + people.
The first step is to complete and submit to the Shire of Nannup the Event Enquiry Form. A friendly member of the Shire of Nannup's Event Team will contact you, to discuss your event. An Event Application Form will then need to be submitted. To ensure that your event application is processed in a timely manner, please utilise our Event Application Checklist on the back page of the Application Form, to make sure that all appropriate documentation will be included with your application.
You may be asked to complete the following documentation for your event:
Acknowledgement of Signage Requirements
Risk Management Plan
Police Notification Form
Form 5: Certificate of Electrical Compliance
Form 6: Certificate of a Temporary Structure
All event applications need to be submitted for processing at least 12 weeks prior to the event start date.
