Keeping Your Experience Nannup App Up to Date

To get the most out of the Experience Nannup App, make sure you’re using the latest version. Updating ensures you’ll see the most recent business listings, festival activities, art trail stops, eateries, walking trails, community spaces and local experiences.

Updating the app is quick and easy.


For iPhone or iPad Users

  1. Open the Experience Nannup App to the home screen
  2. Tap the three dots in the top left corner
  3. Press and hold the “Contact Us” line (do not tap)
  4. After a few seconds, a new option — “Cloud Sync” — will appear
  5. Lift your finger, then tap “Cloud Sync” to complete the update

For Android Users

  1. Open the Experience Nannup App to the home screen
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner
  3. Select “Sync Now”
  4. Once synced, your app will reflect the most up-to-date information
