Development Application - Lot 7 (60) Blackwood River Drive, Nannup

The Shire has received a development application for proposed Tiny-Homes x3 for Short-Term Rental Accommodation (Hosted), located at Lot 7 (60) Blackwood River Drive, Nannup by the property owner, Susan Archdall. 

Details of the proposed development are attached for your information.

Holiday accommodation is an use "A" in the Zoning Table of LPS4 for lots zoned Rural Residential meaning that the use is not permitted unless the local government has exercised its discretion by granting development approval after advertising in accordance with clause 64 of the deemed provisions. The Shire administration has written to 10 adjoining property owners, DFES, DoH, the local Fire Chief Officer and advertised on the Shire website inviting comment for a period of 42 days.
