Terms of Reference 

Introduction

The Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee is established by the Shire of Nannup under the Local Government Act 1995, sections 5.8 and 7.1A.

 The purpose of the Committee is to provide independent oversight and assurance to Council on financial management, risk management, legislative compliance, continuous improvement and the implementation of audit recommendations.
