NOTICE OF A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, 19 December 2023, commencing at 4.30 pm in the Council Chambers; 15 Adam Street, Nannup.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider the 2022-2023 Annual Report, including the Annual Financial Statements, and determine a date for the Annual General Meeting of Electors.

A Special Meeting of the Shire of Nannup is to be held on Tuesday 24 October 2023 commencing at 4.00 pm in the Council Chambers, Adam Street, Nannup for:
- The swearing-in of Returned Councillors
- Elections of Shire President, Deputy Shire President, and appointment of Councillor representatives on Committees.
The swearing-in ceremony will be officiated by Sergeant Jeff Cooke, Acting Sergeant at Nannup Police Station.

Annual General Meeting of Electors

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, Electors of the Shire of Nannup are herby notified that Council has resolved to hold its Annual General Meeting of Electors on Thursday 29 June 2023 at 5.00 pm in the Shire of Nannup Council Chambers, 15 Adam Street, Nannup.
Please follow the path to the back of the administration building to access the Shirley Humble Room.
Business to be conducted at the meeting will include:
- Shire President’s Report
- Chief Executive Officer’s Report;
- 2020/21 Auditor's Report;
- 2020/21 Annual Report incorporating Annual Financial Statements;
- 2021/22 Auditor’s Report;
- 2021/22 Annual Report incorporating Annual Financial Statements; and
- General Business.
