🌿 Expressions of Interest sought for Nannup's Sustainability Advisory Working Group 🌿
Following the recent local government elections, the Shire of Nannup is opening expressions of interest for community representatives to join the Sustainability Advisory Working Group.
The Working Group plays an important role in advising Council on community-focused sustainability initiatives and strategies, supporting projects that enhance:
• 🌱 Social and cultural wellbeing
• 🏘️ Local economy and preparedness
• 💧 Responsible resource use and environmental stewardship
Topics may include community resilience, circular economy and waste, water efficiency, local energy and emissions, biodiversity, and more.
🙌 We’re seeking community-minded, collaborative residents who are passionate about practical sustainability and helping Nannup thrive.
To apply, please email a short CV outlining your experience and a brief statement on why you’d like to be involved. Submissions will be reviewed, and selected candidates will be invited to join the Working Group.
