Booking Process

Our calendar service allows you to view details about our spaces, check availability, and make tentative bookings.
Follow these six simple steps to book a venue:

1. Review Dates: Scroll through the calendar to find available dates.
   We recommend selecting one venue and using the month view.
   
   
2. Book Now: Make a tentative booking using the 'Book Now' button.
   Note: A unique User Name is required for each booking, example  First name - Event Name or Company - Event Name.
   The email address field can be the same across multiple bookings & for different companies or community groups. 
   
   
3. Complete Booking Forms: Download and complete the booking forms available on each venues information page.
   
   
4. Submit Forms: Send your completed forms via email to nannup@nannup.wa.gov.au, deliver them in person, or post them to PO Box 11, Nannup WA 6275.
   
   
5. Discuss Requirements: Discuss any special requirements, such as access considerations, key collection and return, or additional equipment hire with the Facilities Officer or the Events Officer.
6. Confirm Booking: Make your hire fee & bond payment in one of three convenient ways, via invoice, pay at the counter, or over then phone.
