Join Edith Cowan University for an important community conversation about heart-healthy eating. Researchers from Edith Cowan University are hosting this discussion to better understand the real challenges our community faces when trying to follow heart-healthy eating patterns.
Edith Cowan University wants to hear from Shire of Nannup residents who have experienced a cardiovascular disease event (e.g., heart attack, stroke), been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease (e.g., coronary heart disease), or are living with risk factors (e.g., high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, high blood sugar/diabetes).
