The Shire of Nannup at its Ordinary Council Meeting of 27 November 2025 made a Bushfire Brigades Local Law 2025, in accordance with section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995.

The Shire of Nannup invites submissions for a suitably qualified Contractor to provide drainage and civil works for the Southern Bridges Shared Path Project. The deadline for submissions is 4:00pm Friday 10 October 2025.

Candidates are required to lodge their nomination with the Shire's Returning Officer. This notice provides the statutory process.
